I’m Olivia Lara Owen, often known as Liv, and I’m all about living a life of fully unleashed, unbridled liberation where your juice, expression and truth is central to guiding your existence.

I’m an ocean dweller. I like to experience everything deeply in this life, and I’ve created a professional life as as a transformational guide and mentor. My work with beautiful souls can be best described as Sexual & Spiritual Awakening, guiding you on a path of emotional & relational maturity, creative expression and embodied liberation.

I’m a forever misfit and unconventional creator, my background has taken me to teach little people in classrooms, found an international organisation in a disaster zone, build community for coaching programmes in UK prisons, spend 10,000 hours on the mat in devotional practice to her craft, create an online temple of wisdom & ruffle 1000’s of feathers with my potent writing. 

I value honesty and humour in my life and my work is deeply infused with these two tenants. It’s what keeps me human and ensures you experience the deepest level of transformation possible.
