All the places you are not free
Devoting ourselves to the journey of becoming free is as important as loving the places we are not yet free
A few years ago I said this "You have to be willing to be devoted. In all of those moments, like when you feel like shit, when you're in a down when you're going through a breakup, when you've got your period when there's no clients coming through the door."
What are you devoted to when life is not going your way?
When you can't feel your desire or you feel like your true self is locked away in a closet??
What's your anchor to take the first step in a new direction?
How do you connect a higher vision for yourself and your life?
So many people I work with have a deep yearning to be free from the judgements of others and themselves.
You want to explore yourself creatively and freely with passion and devotion.
You want to pursue your dreams without feel debilatated by doubt and fear.
You want to embrace your true self, your voice and take a stand for something in the world.
You desire to feel elevated, free and fulfilled.
You are someone who sometimes lies awake at night and you can feel all these places you don't feel those things yet.
You feel stuck and judgemental of where you are on your path.
And I'm here to say to you that what matters is this: having the courage to admit where you're not free matters just as much as following the desire to be free.
Admitting where you're not free means:
You know when you're pleasing someone else before honouring what's true for you.
You over-think and obsess over every small decision.
You squeeze and stuff down your desires until they are almost entirely unfeelable.
You always think the worst outcome is going to happen just to you.
You are not alone.
